As stated in a couple below reviews, it does work only sometimes when angled in a certain direction, the o ring is to tight and does not allow air flow, no o ring it to loose and you have a mess on your hand, This most likely will sit in the drawer of unused stuff! I may try a little tweaking before i give up totally because i do like the idea

I bought this a while back and LOVE it! It works great on small and large dct tanks, no mess, no more leeking liquid all over and quick and easy to use. In fact I am ordering another one for a friend! Thanks mfs, top notch as usual. :)

Using this item on several of my DCT tanks I had similar results. The air pressure inside the tank prevents juice from leaving the filler bowl. Which causes a mess. Filling at angle seems to be the best way as some air can be released. But simply dripping straight down doesn't seem to work out to well. Not to impressed. May continue to fill my tanks using the bottle or syringe unless I can figure out a better method.

This tool would be great IF my juice didn't pool at the bottom of the refiller. Which forced me to tilt it. Concept is good, just need some consistency.

Typical China Quality Control (i.e. NONE!)
Supplied o ring makes it too tight to fit into the end of a carto.
No o ring makes it too loose to use without risking a mess.
So far I haven't found an o ring that fits correctly, although I have tried several.
Oddly enough, when it can be forced into a carto, it seems that those are Boge, not SMOK brand. Go figure!
If and when you can get it to fit, it does work as expected and is quite handy in those instances.
