Shipping, Order Editing, and Returns

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or FedEx. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and most ship the same day. Please note, E-Liquid is hand mixed per order, and may take slightly longer. Orders placed throughout the weekend will likely be shipped on Monday, even though we may process them at any time (even Sundays).  Orders placed on Monday will likely ship on Tuesday.  Standard USPS Priority Mail Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 per order (*Additional charges may apply for some orders depending on the size, weight, and location.  Customer will be contacted via email or phone prior to shipping if this occurs). We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice without the notice or consent of the buyer. We do not guarantee shipping times or dates. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and notify us within 24 hours if the delivery status is changed to "Delivered" and the package has not been received.  If notification does not occur within 24 hours of package delivery status being changed to "Delivered," then we cannot be held responsible for the package.  Customer should also notify us immediately if the package has not been received and the estimated delivery time has elapsed from the time the order was shipped.  The following image shows the estimated delivery times for shipments via USPS Priority Mail (rural or remote areas may take an extra day in some cases):

Express and Overnight Shipping:

We understand that our customers need products from us as quickly as we can get them to them. In order to accommodate any customer in need of such hurried assistance, we offer USPS Express Mail and FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping. USPS Express Mail is available at a rate of $24.97 per order and arrives in 1-2 business days. In many cases choosing this shipping option will cause the order to arrive overnight, but this cannot be guaranteed by us or the United States Postal Service, especially for rural or remote areas.  FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping is available at a rate of $41.95 per order and will arrive overnight, excluding Saturdays.  Extra charges may apply to Express or Overnight shipments in some circumstances depending on the weight of the package and the location of the shipping address.  We will contact the buyer directly if this is the case.  Orders utilizing Express or Overnight shipping are processed with high priority to ensure your order is received as quickly as possible. Express and Overnight orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the next business day and are not shipped out on Saturday or Sunday. These shipping options only apply to domestic orders. 

 

International orders:

We have now re-implemented International Shipping. 

International Shipment Liabilities.
Freedom Smokes Inc. assumes no liability for international shipments once the package has left our facility. Purchaser assumes total liability for shipments confiscated or delayed by custom and is responsible for any duties imposed on shipments or orders.

All international shipping rates are based on a flat-rate fee of $39.95. This is for shipping via USPS Priority International Mail for weights up to 3 pounds that fit in standard sized boxes.  Heavier orders or orders requiring a larger box may require additional charges and will not be shipped until the additional postage is paid.

 

Tracking orders:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Tracking numbers are usually sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours. Depending on your email's spam filter settings, tracking numbers may arrive in your spam folder, so please check there as well.

 

Phone Orders:

We are happy to offer advice and even walk you through placing your order online, but if you prefer to place your order over the phone a fee of at least $5.95 and up to $10.95 will be charged.  In order to keep our orders processing and shipping on schedule phone orders cannot be placed on Mondays and may not be available during some periods Tuesday - Friday. 

 

Order Editing and Cancellation

Please verify that your order is correct before submitting payment.  Due to increased volume requiring changes to our order fulfillment process that will allow us to continue to provide extremely fast order shipment, we are no longer able to edit orders once they have been submitted.  This change has been made ensure that our customers still recieve their orders as quickly as possible.

Orders can be cancelled once they have been submitted, but a small fee will be charged to do so depending on how far the order has advanced in the fulfillment process.  Orders marked as Awaiting Fulfillment will incur a fee of $2.95 and orders marked as Awaiting Shipment will incur a fee of $5.95.  Orders marked as Shipped cannot be cancelled. 

All E-Liquid orders are custom filled during the order fulfillment process.  Therefore, once your E-Liquid order has been filled, the purchase is complete and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Incorrect Orders

MyFreedomSmokes.com is not responsible for orders that are placed incorrectly.  We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of products on orders that were filled and shipped correctly.  If you have questions or are unsure regarding a product or it's function or compatibility please contact us before placing your order.  We are more than willing to provide further product description, clear up any confusion, or provide advice about the products we sell.

If your order is received and contains incorrect items or is missing items, then you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the package.  We will certainly fix any mistakes that we have made, but we must be notified in a timely manner. 

 

Returns Authorization Process (RA Process):

If you are not pleased with your product, or if your product is found to have arrived defective, you may be able to return it for an exchange. Items that show signs of wear or heavy use may not be returned. Atomizers, Cartomizers, and Sale or discounted items may not be returned unless Dead On Arrival (DOA) and customer must notify us of DOA hardware within 24 hrs of receiving shipment to qualify for exchange.  E-Liquids, Unflavored Nicotine, PG, VG, and Concentrated Flavorings cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and authorized at our discretion.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Items returned without authorization will not be processed, items may be discarded, or items may be returned to inventory and a store credit provided to customer minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Certain restrictions apply.

RA Process Procedures:

  1. Click on My Account at the top of the page (Login if necessary)
  2. Click on Completed Orders
  3. Click on Return Items
  4. Fill out all information and give a detailed description/reason for return
  5. Wait for RA approval email from My Freedom Smokes (which will contain your RA Number)
  6. BEFORE MAILING PACKAGE WRITE THE RA NUMBER ON OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE
  7. Mail item(s) back in a padded envelope or small box
