Aspire Atlantis 2
Aspire ushered in a vaping revolution when they released the original Atlantis in 2014. It was the first subohm glassomizer to come onto the market and it introduced new vapers to the possibilities of the big coils, low-resistance, and high-airflow previously only found in dripping rigs.
Now, with the Atlantis 2, Aspire has created what may be the perfect combination of RBA power and flavor with glassomizer convenience. The list of the Atlantis 2's improvements over the original Atlantis is staggering: The Atlantis 2 adds .3 ohm coils, increased tank capacity, greatly improved bottom airflow control and a completely revised, widebore drip tip with its own adjustable carburation. Pyrex tank size has increased from 2 to 3 ml while maintaining the same dimensions as the original Atlantis, and the specialized o rings on the unit seal things completely so that leaks will never be an issue. And despite the big power the new Atlantis 2 demands, the driptip airflow control keeps your vapor nice and cool.
The ultra-high airflow, chimney-style vertical coil atomizer head is now wicked with organic cotton and has much larger wicking holes than the Atlantis 1 head. Resistance has been dropped down to .3 ohms (.5 ohm coils are also available), which means that to get the most out of your new Atlantis MyFreedomSmokes recommends a minimum 50w of power out of your mod or battery to fully energize the massive subohm coil at the heart of the unit. Featured below are a number of high output, regulated mods MyFreedomSmokes has hand-picked for use with the Atlantis 2.
The new Atlantis is a glimpse at the future of vaping. All the best features from atomizers of the past have been packed into the Atlantis 2. The .3 ohm chimney coil sends the message that higher wattage, higher airflow, huger clouds, and richer flavor is the new norm.
So don't get left behind. The Atlantis 2 is here. The future has arrived.
NOTE:
When using the 0.3ohm coil with this device, you need a mod or battery with a 50w minimum output. The Atlantis 2 will work on mechanical mods, but make sure you have a safe battery to use with it, like the SAMSUNG 25R. DO NOT use with hybrid top cap mechanical mods; you can cause the battery to fail and cause damage to yourself and the mod. When using the 0.5ohm coil with this device, you need a unit with a 25w minimum output. This will NOT work on items like an eGo battery, iTaste MVP 2.0, iStick 20w and mods below a 25w rating.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON ATLANTIS REPLACEMENT TANK COMPATABILITY:
The Atlantis 5ml Replacement Tank will fit on the new Atlantis 2, however the Atlantis 2 drip tip will not fit the 5ml Replacement Tank. The 5ml Replacement Tank is 510 drip tip compatible and will accept the 510 drip tips found here.
ASPIRE REPLACEMENT COIL ADVISORY:
Aspire is transitioning from regular cotton to organic cotton on all of their atomizer and replacement coil heads. While the packaging of the replacement coils is not changing, the coils themselves will be made with organic cotton from now on. There are a few ways to tell whether your Aspire Replacement Coil box contains organic cotton coils or the older style cotton coils:
- Some replacement head packages come with an advisory card inside which indicates that the replacement heads are made with organic cotton.
- Look at the foil on the blister pack containing the replacement heads. If it reads only "Aspire" on the foil, the coils inside are the older type. If the foil has any other instructions, or if "organic cotton" is written on the foil, the package contains the newer, organic cotton heads.
- The wicking holes on the new, organic cotton heads are larger than the holes on the older, non-organic cotton heads. A side-by-side comparison of the old and new heads will let you see the difference.
- The packaging for newer Aspire Atlantis replacement has checkboxes on one side showing the different resistance levels the heads are available in. If you see these checkboxes on the side of your Replacement Coil box, it means the newer, organic cotton coil heads are inside.
