Yes, as you've probably heard, the new Turbo RDA has a small Delrin turbine fan inside the top cap, which, when you open up the airflow all the way and draw hard, produces a zany noise that could possibly be considered obnoxious. The integrated fan on the new Turbo has made it one of the most divisive RDAs in vaping history; some reviewers love it, some hate it. But here's the thing that most of the haters don't get: The fan is designed to cool and volumize vapor and only really works as intended with the airflow choked back from full open. And when the airflow isn't full open, the fan doesn't make the whimsical noise. The new Turbo was never meant to be a noisemaker; in fact it's a next-generation RDA that produces huge vapor with far less user effort on the draw.
