SmokTech Redux CE5 eGo Clearomizer
Description
The new Redux CE5 eGo Clearomizer from SmokTech is an amazing upgrade for your vaping experience. This product is very easy to use, cheap to operate, and an outstanding performer, making it a favorite among new and experienced users alike.
This product is SmokTech's branded version of the CE5 eGo Clearomizer and also includes the added benefit of a changeable head. The new changeable head system means that the coil and wick can quickly and easily be swapped out as needed. This drastically reduces replacement costs and makes it easy to switch from flavor to flavor.
Currently available in round tip only
This product also is compatible with a flat tip mouthpiece that many users prefer and since the Low Resistance heads are rated at 1.8ohm, they perform extremely well with eGo/eGo-T/eGo-C batteries. Higher resistance heads rated at 2.4ohms are available as a replacement for this product and are recommended for those using higher voltage or variable voltage devices.

Tank holds approximately 1.6ml of E-Liquid.
This Cartomizer works with eGo/eGo-T/eGo-C batteries. Does not fit 510/510-T batteries
Note - this product does NOT require a syringe to fill, simply drip e-liquid into the outer chamber to fill
Filling Instruction:
- Unscrew the Drip Tip from the clearomizer
- Fill the outer chamber with about 1.6ml of E-Liquid (Do not pour E-Liquid into the center tube, it is for airflow only)
- Screw the Drip Tip back on
- For best results wait a couple of minutes for the E-Liquid to feed to the coil before vaping
To Change the Head:
- Unscrew the Drip Tip from the Clearomizer
- Pour out any remaining liquid
- Unscrew the tube from the base
- Unscrew the head from the base
- Screw and new head on and reassemble

Leakage

I am finding that I have to clean this more often than the previous clearomizer I had. Always leaking in battery.

takes different heads than most others (longer) and the darn thing cross threading the first fill up and never sealed again! i wont be purchasing one again. I recommend the ViVi Nova or Vision clearomizers

Terrible Product

I had this for about a week and it worked well but the seal between the glass and the metal on the bottom completely loosened even though I took excellent care of it. I glued the bottom back on and then the same thing happened with the top. This product was manufactured all wrong. I never had this problem with the CE4 s.

I love these things. No wonder they keep selling out. Super easy to disassemble. You can replace the atomizer head when you're done. Design is efficient and sturdy. So far, my favorite clearomizer/tank that I've tried.

I had a little trouble with over tightening the carto to my battery and it popped off, but pushing it back in was simple. Very clean vape off these. Lots of smoke with the low resistance heads. Also VERY easy to clean

Only slight downside is that threading for the flat mouthpiece locks it at set relationship with button. On the regular batteries it's inline, but on my longer batteries it's out of line. A small price for no leakage and an easier draw.

Leaks and burnt taste on day 2

I bought a 5 pack of these b/c I love my vision clearomizer but I wanted to buy everything from one site and this is my go to site for e-liquid. I wasn't impressed with these. They worked great on the first day but by day 2 they leaked and there was a burnt taste. The burnt taste would go away after cleaning but with my vision I get about a week before I have to clean. Fixed the leaking with superglue but once again don't have that problem with my visions so I will go back to those now :(.
