Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping.
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible, most ship same day.
Please note, smoke juice is hand mixed per order, and may take slightly
longer. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 per order. We reserve the right to use
the carrier of our choice without notice or consent to the buyer. We do
not guarantee shipping times or dates. Any shipping inquiries may be

Overnight Orders:
We understand that our customers need
products from us as quickly as we
can get them to them. In order to accommodate any customer in need of such
hurried assistance, we offer an Overnight Order option to enable our customers to receive their order as
quickly as possible. Overnight Orders are available at a rate of $19.00, plus any
applicable shipping fees. These orders utilize overnight
shipping with high priority processing to ensure your order is
received as quickly as possible; in most cases the next day after the
order has been shipped. Most Overnight Orders placed before 3pm EST will
be shipped the same day.
To utilize the Overnight Order option, select the "Overnight Order"
option at the top of the checkout screen. Please note - the
Overnight order option will charge $19.00 to the order in addition
to the standard shipping rate of $5.95 (if applicable). This is not
an error. Most Overnight Orders will total $24.95 total for shipping and
handling. Overnight Orders are shipped via USPS Overnight service, and
is not guaranteed by us or the USPS to arrive the next day, particularly
to some rural areas. Please contact your local post office for more
information.
International orders:
Due to legal restrictions, we are unable to accept
international orders.
Tracking orders:
Orders are processed and shipped Mondays through
Saturdays with the exception of holidays. Tracking numbers are usually
sent to the email address provided at checkout within 48 hours of
shipment, most within 24 hours. Depending on your email's spam filter
settings, tracking numbers may arrive in your spam folder, so please
check there as well.
Returns:
If you are not pleased with your product, or if
your product is found to have arrived defective, you may be able to
return it for a refund or exchange. Items that show signs of wear or
heavy use may not be returned. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, but generally returns may
be issued within 7 days of receiving the order. Certain restrictions
