The O-ring needs to be just a little larger. I have the larger version for the type B and it works fine. The small version for the type A will fall off if used with type A or C. The fix is to remove the O-ring and wrap something in the grove to make the O-ring stick out a little more. I may try and find a slightly larger O-Ring.
