Shipping and Returns


All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or FedEx. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and most ship the same day. Please note, E-Liquid is hand mixed per order, and may take slightly longer. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time on Friday as well as orders placed throughout the weekend will likely be shipped on Monday, even though we may process them at any time (even Sundays).  Orders placed on Monday will likely ship on Tuesday. 

Standard USPS Priority Mail Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 per order (*Additional charges may apply for some orders depending on the size, weight, and location.  Customer will be contacted via email or phone prior to shipping if this occurs). We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice without the notice or consent of the buyer.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the package.  All questions regarding package tracking and delivery should be directed to USPS (or relevant shipping provider) as we have no control over the package once it leaves our hands.  We do not guarantee shipping times or dates. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and be aware of when it may be delivered.  

When shipping problems occur (i.e. tracking information shows package as delivered, but package was not received) it is best to immediately take the tracking number with you to your local post office for further inquiry and request that they locate the package.  They often have more information regarding the delivery or may even be holding the package there.  The delivery person may also be able to provide further information about where the package was left.  

IMPORTANT!:  If tracking info shows the package has been delivered but package was not received, then it is required that you notify us within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered.  Unfortunately, if we are not notified within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered then no recourse is available.

Express and Overnight Shipping:

We understand that our customers need products from us as quickly as we can get them to them. In order to accommodate any customer in need of such hurried assistance, we offer USPS Express Mail and FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping. USPS Express Mail is available at a minimum rate of $24.97 per order and arrives in 1-2 business days. In many cases choosing this shipping option will cause the order to arrive overnight, but this cannot be guaranteed by us or the United States Postal Service, especially for rural or remote areas.  FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping is available at a minimum rate of $41.95 per order and will arrive overnight, excluding Saturdays. 

These expedited shipping options require that the minimum rate be paid during checkout.  This minimum rate is based on the average cost of a 3lb package shipped in a small box to metro areas within the US.  If your order falls within these guidelines your order will be shipped as normal.  However, extra charges may apply to Express or Overnight shipments in circumstances where the weight or size of the package is greater or if the delivery address is a rural or remote location.  We will contact the buyer directly if this is the case.  Orders utilizing Express or Overnight shipping are processed with high priority to ensure your order is received as quickly as possible. Express and Overnight orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the next business day and are not shipped out on Saturday or Sunday. These shipping options only apply to domestic orders. 


Damaged Packages:

If your package was damaged during shipping you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can immediately file a claim with the shipper.  It is also important that you hold onto  any remnants of the packaging or products that were damaged as well as the packing slip that was included in the shipment so that evidence of the damage and proof of contents can be provided to the shipper if needed.   


Returned Packages:

Any packages that are returned to us for any reason will be held for 10 days and then discarded.  This includes orders that were returned due to an undeliverable address, refused packages, packages that were not picked up, etc.  The package may be re-shipped upon request, but will require payment of a second shipping charge to cover the cost of re-shipment.  


International orders:

We have now re-implemented International Shipping.  We will ship to any country that you request, but please read the paragraphs below before placing your order.

International Shipment Liabilities. Freedom Smokes Inc. assumes no liability for international shipments once the package has left our facility.  Purchaser is responsible for knowing and understanding the laws regarding the importation of any products ordered into their country.  All International Shipments including products that contain nicotine will be shipped with the products clearly labeled as such.  Purchaser assumes total liability for shipments confiscated or delayed by customs and is responsible for any duties imposed on shipments or orders.

All international shipments will be shipped using USPS International Priority Mail.  We are unable to control what carrier handles the package once it leaves the US and are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable, mis-delivered, lost, or stolen.

International shipments that are returned to us for any reason will be held for 10 days and then discarded.  Returned packages will not be refunded and no credits will be given.  The package may be re-shipped upon request, but will require payment of a second shipping charge to cover the cost of re-shipment.  

All international shipping rates are based on a flat-rate fee of $39.95. This is for shipping via USPS Priority International Mail for weights up to 3 pounds that fit in standard sized boxes.  Heavier orders or orders requiring a larger box may require additional charges and will not be shipped until the additional postage is paid.


Tracking orders:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Tracking numbers are usually sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours. Depending on your email's spam filter settings, tracking numbers may arrive in your spam folder, so please check there as well.


Incorrect Orders

MyFreedomSmokes.com is not responsible for orders that are placed incorrectly.  We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of products on orders that were filled and shipped correctly.  If you have questions or are unsure regarding a product or it's function or compatibility please contact us before placing your order.  We are more than willing to provide further product description, clear up any confusion, or provide advice about the products we sell.

If your order is received and contains incorrect items or is missing items, then you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the package.  We will certainly fix any mistakes that we have made, but we must be notified in a timely manner. 


Returns Authorization Process (RA Process):

If your product is found to have arrived defective, you may be able to return it for an exchange. Items that show signs of wear or heavy use may not be returned. Atomizers, Cartomizers, and Sale or discounted items may not be returned unless Dead On Arrival (DOA) and customer must notify us of DOA hardware within 24 hrs of receiving shipment to qualify for exchange.  E-Liquids, Unflavored Nicotine, PG, VG, and Concentrated Flavorings cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and authorized at our discretion.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Items returned without authorization will not be processed, items may be discarded, or items may be returned to inventory and a store credit provided to customer minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Certain restrictions apply.

RA Process Procedures:

  1. Click on My Account at the top of the page (Login if necessary)
  2. Click on Completed Orders
  3. Click on Return Items
  4. Fill out all information and give a detailed description/reason for return
  5. Wait for RA approval email from My Freedom Smokes (which will contain your RA Number)
  7. Mail item(s) back in a padded envelope or small box. (DO NOT MAIL IN A STANDARD ENVELOPE)

***If defective item(s) are part of a kit or bundle including multiple products, then only the defective item(s) should be returned (i.e. Do not return the entire starter kit if only one battery is defective, instead return only the defective battery).
