Please Note!!! We are not a Retail Store set-up for shopping or browsing. All orders must be placed and paid for on-line. In-Store Pick-up is for customers either located in or around the Charlotte area or for customers who maybe passing through the area. We want your business, but in order to continue processing orders as quickly and efficiently as possible customers that show up without an online order placed will be turned away.

We are happy to offer advice and even walk you through placing your order online, but if you prefer to place your order over the phone a fee of at least $5.95 and up to $10.95 will be charged. In order to keep our orders processing and shipping on schedule phone orders cannot be placed on Mondays and may not be available during some periods Tuesday - Friday.
