It tastes like a milk chocolate bar when you inhale, and as you exhale, it tastes like a Tootsie Roll. The vapor also smells like a Tootsie Roll as well. Some people have said that it had a strong smell of a Tootsie Roll.

It's a bit heavy on the taste. Like the other review; much like a tootsie roll. Maybe I'll try a lighter flavor of chocolate.

It tastes like a tootsie roll. Not my favorite kind of chocolate but its still great! Very smooth.

This liquid is smooth at 18mg. The taste is like a chocolate kiss (you know the brand). It also mixes well with other liquids. Chocolate Camel anyone?
